My name is LuAnn Boulio-Lucier, and I am a nationally certified, licensed professional counselor in Savannah, Georgia. I have worked in the mental health and substance abuse field for over 16 years. I provide counseling services for people who are serious about wanting change in their lives. Currently my practice is limited to adults, aged 18 and older. Common topics I address include:
